Long Tran

I believe in progress you can see and measure – heavier lifts, more muscle, a body that looks and works differently a few months in. What I’ve learned in 3 years of coaching is that none of it lasts unless the body moves well first.

BIO
I started training because I wanted to change the way I looked. What kept me coming back was the progress itself, lifting a weight this week that felt heavy the last. That’s what made me want to coach.
The biggest thing I’ve learned is that a training programme needs cycles and progression, not exercises stitched together session by session. But before I write any programme, I take the time to watch: range, posture, and where each person is limited. Nobody trains heavy for long unless their body is ready to carry the load.
ACHIEVEMENTS & MILESTONES
• Guided clients through structured hypertrophy cycles, adding lean mass and visibly changing body proportions.
• Programmed in phases so clients keep progressing instead of stalling after a few months.
• Helped clients lose fat while maintaining or building muscle, rather than chasing the scale.
• Supported clients through pain and movement restrictions, back to full training.
